Targeted strategies to aid savvy pet-seekers in their search for the perfect pet.
Evaluate the reason why you want a particular pet. Finding the answer to this question is the key to succeeding in your pet quest. For many, this rationale may be a hodgepodge of emotions, impulse and logic. Consider what purpose this animal will have in your life? Are you looking for a pet for show, or for companion purposes? Or you may have more practical reasons; such as protection, or even herding, etc.
The commitment of owning a pet, often lasting anywhere from 5-20 years, is a large responsibility. Are you ready to take care of another living being for nearly as long as it takes to raise a child?
Our mission is to provide our users with the resources and contact information they need in order to find their, "forever-pet".
Select a breed-type that best suits you. Conduct some research on the breed you are interested in by contacting a breeder, trainer, or further experienced personnel, with a background handling your chosen animal-type. Each breed is different; consider the pros and cons of each to decide on the breed-type that best suits you. There is a vast, often overwhelming, array of breed-types currently available to the prospective pet owner, and taking the time to fine-tune this selection is vital.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. PetSmart,
When I go for rides, my favorite place to go is PetSmart. I know you have lots of stores, I have been to three, so far and I go often. You don't know this, but when I am there with my mom, I go around and greet all your customers and their pets with licks and kisses. Don't get mad, but the girls pay me under the table with goodies (I don't like them, I give them to my brother), for my Greeting Experience. Mr. & Mrs. PetSmart, at your stores, I have been a professional good boy and have never had an accident at any PetSmart. I would like to offer my Greeting Services and promise never to bite anyone unless to protect customers and employees if you give me a job. Professional Greeter & Security.
