Breeders Note: This woman has told me 4 times over 4 years that she'd take my name off her site, that she's not raising puppies, just trying to get website building business off my name. I still say she's a fraud, and buyer should beware dealing with her in any way since she's been aware for years, that I demand she stops infringing on my copyrighted name. There is no "About Us" page, no "Pedigrees" page, no "Contact us ...phone numbers and real address page. The whole set up, and secrecy screams FRAUD/ BEWARE!!

OUT OF COUNTRY SCAMS - BEWARE

Odds are she's 1/2 and 1/2 overwhelmed, because she's a procrastinator and a scammer, because she habitually lies to me. When she was first sending Bolder to me by way of Continental airlines, she had to go 3 days in a row.

The 1st day she dropped the dog off and ran, airport security/employees caught her and made her take him back (this is per continental airlines. I spoke with them everyday she went) the second day she didn't have enough money and the third she finally took enough. This was after rescheduling his flight at least 5 times prior over a months time. Now she's trying to skip a step by supposedly getting him AKC'ed without his CKC.

Well we all know that's practically impossible, but she's trying it because its clearly more affordable. Unfortunately, like I said in my first letter. I've been monitoring the mom's file and no litter papers have been requested EVER :( Well it was nice talking to you, wish me luck!

Here's another example of a buyer being scammed by an out of the country fraud, using photos stolen from MY website. Buyer's PLEASE beware !

Don't buy from ANY breeder who doesn't post their actual physical address, use GOOGLEEARTH to check it out, and check them out with their local animal control and their veteranarian reference before sending money !

If a breeder doesn't have a 30 year track record, decades with their webmaster, and endless references like I do, and their actual address posted, and they don't invite you right over to see ALL the dogs and puppies they have, and where and how their dogs live.... BEWARE ! Don't let them get your money!

Hi, Dawn this is going to sound weird, but you wouldn't happen to know Dana Neelands? I only ask because you have some of her chi's on your webshots page. If you could please have her call me, its been 10 months now since I paid her nearly 2000.00 for Bolder and I still have NO paper work.

She gives me a different story everytime I speak to her about how she's having trouble with AKC or waiting for them to do something or it was mailed, but something happened and the most recent one, she sent it and asked them to forward the papers directly to me. Which makes no sense because I still need her signature and her moms on the litter papers. Unfortunately that was a month ago. I have been in contact with AKC weekly and to date a litter request for Treasures Bubble up RD has never been made. I've also told her to just CKC (canadian kennel club) bolder since your in Canada and I would handle the paperwork on this side. I'm out of ideas, totally frustrated and exhausted.

I feel I have no other choice but to contact the police. All I want is Bolders papers. I was suppose to show him this past winter, but obviously I can't without his paperwork. Not to mention he came to me overweight 7 1/4lbs, needed dental work and shots. I've already invested about 2500 or more into him and now I'm probably going to have to sell him for 2 or 3 hundred. Its depressing.

I really wanted him to be the stud for my little kennel. If there's anything you can do please help. If anything just let Dana know I will be contacting the authorities on her and her mother since they are co owners of the Sire and Dame and therefore equally responsible. I have saved every email, contract, letter, everything to be used as evidence for a small claims case (civil and criminal). Sorry I know this isn't your burden, but if you can help in anyway, it would be much appreciated. Thank You

CUDDLY CHI CHI'S SCAM

This is the scam artist Cuddly Chi's and More. This person is taking people's money and not sending them any puppy! She doesn't own what she has posted to sell. Police are on it!

This thief will post other peoples photos, with a fake phone number and address and take people's money! The phone listed was one of those "buy time" cell phones.
