The Siberian Husky has a history as a medium-size working dog.  Pound for pound he is the toughest draft dog you can find.  He is extremely strong and has natural instincts to pull any load.  He is a high-energy dog and needs plenty of planned exercise.

Colors in the Husky can range from all-white to any combination of silver-gray, black, copper or tan with white points and white under parts and a variety of mask-like markings on the head and face.  The eyes may be brown or blue with a dog often having one eye of each color.

Even though the Husky is known as a work dog, he adapts very well as a house pet. He is gentle and affectionate and a really clean dog.  Because he is so loving and kind, he is a natural with children.

We have been raising Huskies since 1988 as a hobby.  We sell the pups as pets for the same price the pet store would pay for them.

We have had many people call back for a second or even a third dog.  The Husky is so intelligent, my recommendation is to train only one pup at a time.  Be sure your first dog is well trained to be a well-behaved member of your family before starting another (companion) dog.

Questions?  Give me a call.  I love talking with people about my dogs.  Even better, plan a day when you can drive “out to the farm” to see the dogs and choose a pup for yourself.
