Our "love affair" with the Doberman breed began in 1978.  We started our breeding program with a single female, keeping her best daughters and so on.  We NEVER purchase any outside females and are very selective about the sires we acquire.  Our focus has been to provide quality companions and pets at affordable prices, with our breeding emphasis being on conformation, intelligence, disposition and soundness.

Litter sired by "Meneely's Red Zepplin" and out of "Meneely's Sable".

Meneely's Major Repossession, a grandson of Ch. Marienburg's Gaucho Prieto, one of our sires.

We are located twenty-two miles NE of Ponca City, Oklahoma where we live on a twenty acres with our Dobermans and horses.  There are currently nine adult dogs who live with us.  All are housebroken and stay in our home on a rotational basis.  Our dogs are not "kenneled" in the general sense of the word but when outside stay in their own large fenced yard with an insulated dog house for inclement weather.  If the weather is extreme we have a large indoor area with crates to keep them both secure and comfortable.

The females that we retain for our breeding program are selected from the very best we have and are not bred to produce their first litter until they are 2 years old.  They are then bred  a maximum of once every 12 to 18 months depending on their age, health and so forth.  Our desire is to produce quality not quantity.

Every puppy we have is whelped indoors, in our living area where the temperature is stable and where we can continually monitor them.  They remain in our home, underfoot and playing with each other and our children until weaning when they are transferred to an outside puppy kennel.  They are socialized by frequent contact with myself, my wife or by coming in and playing with the kids.

We have many clients who are on their second puppy from us and some who are even on their third and even have veterinarians whom we have never met referring people to us for puppies.

Most of our puppies are family companions but some have gone on to become service dogs while others are starting their careers in the show ring.

"Lady", 2 yr old blue and rust female that we raised.
Out of our bitch "Heidi" and sired by our dog "Brutus".

"Eely" sired by "Brutus" and out of "Daisey" one of our breeding females at 4 months of age.

The pedigrees of our dogs looks like the "who's who" of the Doberman breed and includes dogs like: Ch. Tolivar's Aristotle of Azteca; Ch. Boo Radley Dobman; Ch. Arco Dob Mann, WAC; Ch. Marienburg's Repo Man; Ch. Marienburg's Gaucho Prieto; and even contains the all time leading producing female for the breed Ch. Moraga Hill's High Fashion.  In the last couple of years we have included in our breeding line the bloodlines of some of the world's finest working lines which include dogs like: Gero Von Der Weyermuhle SchH3, FH; Erik Vom Strundertal SchH3, FH, 2x IDC World (Schutzhund) Champion; Adamant De Grand Vinko Ch. Ukr, Ch. Rus, HD-A, IPO1; and Tigr Iz Slavnoi Stai Ch Blr, Ch Rus, IPO3, SchH3, ZPT V1A, HD-A.

We currently have clients scattered from California to Puerto Rico and have had people drive from as far away as Montana to acquire one of our puppies.  Most of the puppies we produce are black and rust, but we do occasionally get reds and have a limited number of blues and fawns, with most of the latter being spoken for before they are even whelped.

Prices start at $450 for weaned puppies with tails docked, dew claws removed and up-to-date shots, as companion dogs with limited registration that are picked up at our home.  We offer cropped puppies same as above and with ears cropped,  started on lead and started on their crate training for $900.  We also offer a limited number of started puppies with all the above plus responding to basic commands like "sit", "drop", "stay", they will "heel" on a lead, get in their "kennel" on command and are housebroken for $1500.

"Daisy", one of our females.

Some folks ask us if these dogs are good with kids.  This picture speaks for itself, "Meneely's Rosie" with our youngest daughter, Hannah.

We will ship for an additional $100 plus the cost of shipping.  Breeding rights can be obtained with an additional fee.  If you would like to reserve a puppy, we do accept deposits; $75 reserves a weaned puppy, $150 will reserve a cropped puppy, and $200 will reserve a started puppy.  All deposits are considered "earned" and are not refundable, however, if for some reason we cannot provide a puppy for you, we will, at your option, A. provide you with a refund, B. allow you to choose another puppy if one is available, or C. move your deposit to the top of the list for our next available litter.

To reserve your new family companion; send the appropriate deposit for the type of puppy you desire to our address.  With your deposit, please provide us with a description of what color, sex and "type" of puppy you want, i.e. "weaned", "cropped", or "started" and send a detailed letter or e-mail telling us about yourself and the kind of home you can provide for one of our puppies.

"Rosie" by "Brutus" and out of "Heidi" at
4 months of age.

All puppies come with a limited
one year health guarantee.

We occasionally have older dogs for sale.
