Dawn Dalyce is a highly recommended dog Breeder of over 30 years; with Champions, Grand Champions, Police, Therapy, Search and Rescue, and Protection dogs, and the most cherished pampered pets worldwide. To her credit she's met her goal of making a list of 1,000 people who call her a friend, by selling them "smiles" and she's now working on doubling it. "Happiness IS a warm puppy OR kitty!"

Our references include Veterinarians and their family, friends, and customers they bring to buy from us; Animal Control Officers, Police Officers and their friends they've referred, and AKC All Breed Judges, as well as International Show Judges and Professional Trainers who are our happy customers.

Dawn acquired two Exotic Persian show cats to replace a 24 year old full coat Persian that went over the rainbow bridge, and her adult daughter Whisper Gray acquired two Ragdoll cats for her children's pets, then while living with them, and considering their traits, they decided to research what you get when you mix the two. \Dawn felt the Exotic Persian faces were just too pushed-in to be healthy, and the Ragdolls were just too limp and inactive. A designer blend might just soften the traits, and be a healthier, more beautiful cat.

Other breeders raved about the blend, so we tried it, and people were ecstatic with the kittens. We bred our first litter of kittens just 3 years ago. They all went to a waiting list of family and friends. They remained healthy and loving, and we had a new waiting list, so the next year we repeated the breeding and kept a girl kitten. Our only complaint with the Ragdolls and the ExoticRags, were that they seemed a bit too passive and relaxed. They seemed more interested in holding the cat tree down, than seeking out our company, or playing with the dogs. We started researching for cats that would be great with Dawn's 12 grandchildren, and also more interested in playing with puppies.

We studied designer cats again and saw that the original Ragdolls were supposedly part Angora. So, we got a European old style Turkish Angora to add to our mix. The Angora sire "Frosty" is the friendliest cat we've ever seen, underfoot, in your lap, playing with the dogs, fearless and super loving. He never puts his claws out, and can be held upside down by the smallest grandchildren. He's also snow white with one blue eye and one amber. Now we have 3 gene pools to design from, and we're having a ball. We've got gorgeous kitties, with personalities from totally passive, to relaxed, to always on your lap kissing you, active. We understand that these blends can be registered with TICA and shown, and we hope to go to some cat shows in the future as time allows.

Whisper Gray is a vet tech, her husband Brian Gray is a dog trainer ( Gray-T Dog Training) and show handler. They have 4 young children who help collect bowls to wash, and socialize puppies and kittens. They, along with other relatives and boarders, work with Dawn at the clean and happy, 14 acre Pet Resort to raise, train and show wonderful pets that bring people years of joy. See it, you'll be impressed ! No dogs or cats spend their lives in cages, they're fat, friendly, happy and social.

Please neuter or spay your pet, as altered pets are much cleaner, and to put up with the hormonal traits of intact animals takes a true commitment to promoting and protecting a Breed. Breeding requires ALL your time, money, and energy, so talk seriously to someone who will be willing to mentor and teach you before you decide to own intact animals, and share little paws with other loving people. Dawn charges $100 a day for private breeding lessons.

Breeding is a wonderful hobby, but costly and consuming. You'll make friends and spend money, if you do it right. Dawn's motto is, " I can't take money with me when I go to the Rainbow Bridge, only memories of friends I made". Fur friends are usually our best friends. People who adore your fur babies are friends forever.
