Cascade Echo produces quality Bernese Mountain Dogs for show & companion. Showing these lovely creatures is a wonderful gift and an all-consuming hobby. I have over 30 years of show, training and breeding experience. Cascade Echo is located within Walking distance to the beautiful "Pacific Crest Trail" in the majestic Cascade Mountains and in the heart of the "Columbia River Gorge" scenic area. My first Berner was named Echo and so Cascade Echo was born in 1980.

The value and quality I produce is reflected throughout generations of my Bernese Mountain Dogs. I breed for longevity, correct type and sound temperaments.

Echo Mountain Bernese

As a responsible breeder. I do all I can to minimize the risk of genetic disorders in the Bernese Mountain Dog through educated, selective and ethical breeding practices. I believe breeding is a great responsibility and showing my dogs in AKC conformation competition is one of the tools necessary for continuing to produce the best representatives possible.

I educate myself on genetics, type and structure. I also attend seminars on breeding and genetics in order to produce healthy, long-lived Bernese Mountain Dogs that have correct phenotype and a good genotype history.

All Cascade Echo puppies are born and raised in my kitchen and are placed with a written contract. You have a 48 hour health and satisfaction guarantee. You may return your dog within this period for a full refund of purchase price for any reason. Additionally, I have a five year genetic health guarantee against any lethal disorder. My puppies are temperament tested between 7 and 8 weeks of age. Testing results are discussed with you prior to purchase. A puppy is placed, based on the results of this testing and the information you provide on a completed questionnaire.

All Cascade Echo Bernese are well cared for. I make sure I never have more dogs than I am confident I can give proper attention, grooming and training to. My dogs are happy and loved very much plus they all sleep in the house. This is my hobby and greatest joy. Quality food and care are a priority for all my dogs.
