Echo Mountain produces quality Bernese Mountain Dogs for show & companion. Showing these lovely creatures is a wonderful gift and an all-consuming hobby. We have over 40 years of show, training and breeding experience.
The value and quality we produce is reflected throughout generations of our Bernese Mountain Dogs. We breed for longevity, correct type and sound temperaments.

As responsible breeders, we do all we can to minimize the risk of genetic disorders in the Bernese Mountain Dog through educated, selective and ethical breeding practices. We believe breeding is a great responsibility and showing our dogs in conformation competition is one of the tools necessary for continuing to produce the best representatives possible. We educate ourselves on genetics, type and structure. We attend seminars on breeding and genetics in order to produce healthy, long-lived Bernese Mountain Dogs that have correct phenotype and a good genotype history.

All Echo Mountain puppies are placed with a written contract. You have a 72 hour health and satisfaction guarantee. You may return your dog within this period for a full refund of purchase price. You are also given a 5 year replacement guarantee. Our puppies are temperament tested between 7 and 8 weeks of age. Testing results are discussed prior to purchase and again at the time of purchase. A puppy is placed, based on the results of this testing and the information you provide on a completed questionnaire.

Our goal is to produce the healthiest, happiest puppy possible in order to offer you years of loving companionship and joy. All parents have OFA certified joints and health clearances.

All Echo Mountain Bernese are well cared for. We make sure we never have more dogs than we are confident we can give proper attention, grooming and training to. Our dogs are happy and loved very much. This is our hobby and greatest joy. Quality food and care are a priority at our facility.
