Introduction
These dogs came close to extinction at one time, but are now experiencing a revival. Once trained they make reliable companions that are intelligent , loyal and good family dogs. Their white coat has patches of dark chestnut red. Red flecking can occur over the nose and the bottom part of the legs. Groom thrice weekly. Red & Whites weigh 60 to 70 lbs. and stand 22 1/2 to 24 inches for females, 24 1/2 to 26 inches for males.
