An Owner's Cavachon Description
I really baby her a lot, even though she is no longer a puppy. She loves to be babied and have a fuss made over her. Whenever I put a bow in her hair, she thinks she is such a Princess. Sometimes, I've noticed her even turning up her nose to other dogs when we go shopping, quite the little Diva. I try not to let her cuteness go to her head, though. And yes, I take her with me to the mall to shop. She loves the pet stores and we alway leave with some bauble for her to take home. Her favorite purchase is hair bows and diamond collars, although she likes chewy treats as well.

Tutu is not what I would call a watch dog. I mean, duh, would you be afraid of a face like hers? Even so, she does tell me when someone is at the door, so I refer to her as my second door bell. Guests ring the bell once, and she barks twice. they ring again and she barks twice, again. All the while she's at the door hopping up and down, eager to welcome whoever it may be.

Sometimes for fun, I'll put her on my bed and stack a bunch of my stuffed animals around her and tell her to lie very still. When my friends come over I tell them Tutu is gone and I can't find her. Tutu loves to startle them when they start looking around and under the bed. They all love her, too, but they'll have to find their own toy. Tutu is mine.
