Scottish Fold Breed Description
A litter of otherwise normal kittens born on a farm in Scotland contained the first Scottish Fold in 1961. The Scottish Fold is an affectionate, placid and companionable cat which loves both humans and other pets. Its ears are folded forward and down, and they have large round eyes. Scottish folds have moderate to short bodies, depending on the breeding outcross. Their bodies are round and plush, they are not in any way considered long. The short, dense coat is kept in good condition with a minimum of brushing and combing.Pets4You offers listings of Scottish Fold breeders.
