Bombay Breed Description

An all-black cat resembling a miniature panther, the Bombay is a strikingly beautiful, well balanced feline. It has copper-penny eyes, and a close lying short black coat with a high mirrored sheen that feels like velvet. It has a muscular, surprisingly heavy, medium sized body. The Bombay is a sweet, talkative, but demanding feline. It is a cross between a Burmese and a black American Shorthair.
